Our Shipping Partners:
HammockStore.com.au proudly dispatch all orders with great care, with most items being dispatched within 24 hours of payment being received. (please note that if you are paying using a 'PayPal eCheque' these payments take 1-7 weekdays to reach us from your bank). Please allow up to 5 to 7 working days for our delivery partners to deliver your item once it has been dispatched.
All items are sent via Fastway Courers, we do however use the Australia Post service, for all P.O box address' and to all rural and remote areas of our great country. To offer you prompt and safe shipping right around Australia.
For returns, all orders must be sent back to our address, and a prompt refund will be given. Please email us direct before sending anything off. Other wise no payment will be returned. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact us through the 'contact us' page.
